Lions Vision Services asked us to design a site to allow their clients to access service information, fill out online applications and apply for help through their website, for donors to read about the LVS mission and contribute online, and for doctors to gather information on donating time and resources to LVS. Given that their organization serves the hard of seeing and blind community, the site had to be ADA compliant and accessible for those with vision issues. Donors needed to be able to see the needs of those LVS serves, along with how LVS serves their clients at different locations. Lastly, the site needed to have an area where staff all across the state could access forms and records from the backend. This site required a very specific setup to suit the needs of the staff, volunteers, clients and donors, all while being accessible to everyone and maintain compliance with ADA guidelines. It was a great honor being able to serve the vision of LVS with this site.
Lions Vision Services required a custom designed ADA compliant site with features allowing those hard of seeing or blind to be able to easily navigate the site with a screen reader. They also needed the ability for clients to apply online, for donors and services providers to access information on how to help, as well as integration to their 3rd party donation platform. Their site needed to be clean, easy to use, and professional- all while matching the brand of their affiliated partner-Lion’s Club International.
It goes without saying that a site that works on mobile and tablet is a necessity in today’s fast-paced world, but especially so for an e-commerce site. We built Lions Vision Services’ site to operate seamlessly for hard of seeing and blind clients.

Lions Vision Services needed to ensure donors could give through their safe external donor network. We provided an integration solution that redirects donors to a secure giving site while maintaining their branding.

Lions Vision Services needed a site that was easy for clients and donors to navigate, had sensical hierarchy and provided easy access to applications and services. The customizability of the Divi platform allowed us to customize the site to allow for a better user experience.

Lions Vision Services needed their site to be accessible by the legally blind and hard of seeing. The need for their clients online readers to be able to read the site was crucial in allowing clients to access online applications and service information. The plugins chosen also allowed the site to be dimmed, brightened, turned into grayscale, as well as increase font size to increase legibility for those with impaired sight.

The clients of Lions Vision Services needed to be able to fill out online applications for services and equipment needs. Volunteers and service providers also needed a way to sign up online through a comprehensive form that would submit answers on the backend to LVS staff. WP Forms allowed us to integrate these forms seamlessly into each page and provide reports to staff through email delivery and download options on the website dashboard.
