Your Homes Charleston is a real estate agency that needed a website to showcase homes, provide market information and allow external links and embedded apps. Homes are displayed on the site through IDX integration through the local MLS. Tools like mortgage calculators and home valuation portals were coded into the site. Leads are captured on site and delivered to the agent’s dashboard and email.
Custom IDX solutions were chosen to get the Charleston MLS integrated into the site, as well as provide area info pages, mortgage calculators, new listing carousels, school information and lead generation tools. The IDX client integration comes with both an in-site dashboard as well as a separate login and dashboard to view customers/clients search history, communicate with them via home streams and create a CRM style database of interested buyers and sellers. The IDX client can also generate reports for both the agent and for the agent to share with clients.
Over half of real estate site users use their mobile phone to view listings. Therefore, it’s imperative to have a responsive site that not only adapts to mobile but is optimized for mobile use. Creating a theme that loads quickly and using plugins and integrations that work well on mobile are essential. We hose WordPress to build this site.

Your Homes Charleston wanted users to be able to view homes from the Charleston MLS without having to leave their site. For agents, leads are gained through tracking in their internal systems. Outsourcing IDX to their brokers site feed may lose them a sale. Therefore, some agents opt to have the feed directly embedded in their site. This requires a monthly subscription that gives users access to the MLS, as well as gives agents a widgets dashboard inside their site and a lead CRM and reporting at the iHomefinder Site.

Your Homes Charleston wanted a clean, seamless look. They wanted the ability to integrate IDX, external apps and access to more top plugins if needed. Elementor Prop has a plethora of useful plugins, landing pages and more to ensure customizability and easy use by the agent.

Your Homes Charleston has a brokerage that offers home evaluations on their site, with agents custom branding. We were able to nest that valuation site onto one of the pages on their own site to stay on brand and to allow users to never have to click off the agent’s site to find their home value.

We built pages with neighborhood and city information to provide business, school and living information for each major city and neighborhood therein, using interactive tiles that linked to the appropriate information. Real Estate Agents are relied on for their area expertise. Having pages with pertinent area information that link to MLS listings for homes in each city and neighborhood is an easy way for potential clients to find exactly what they’re looking for in a home.
